Hello Team Bow Mar!

 

My name is Porter Emery and I have been fortunate enough to receive this awesome opportunity to be the next tennis pro in this amazing community of Bow Mar. I am originally from Casper, Wyoming but have always had family in the Denver area and would routinely come down for visits and to play junior tournaments as I was growing up. That being said, I consider myself a “Rocky Mountain kid” and feel fortunate to call this wonderful city of Denver my home. 

 

I played tennis at a Junior College in Ventura, California my first two years of school and then finished up my degree and playing career at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Since graduating I have held a few different teaching positions at different clubs in the Denver area, most recently as a teaching pro at LifeTime in Centennial for the last five years. I am also currently serving as an assistant coach for my alma mater, MSU Denver.

 

During the spring, summer, and fall months I am available for private lessons, semi-private lessons, team drills, and any other on-court needs you may have.
